Creating Meaningful Impact
Since our launch in 2022, the team at Future Frontrunners has worked tirelessly to promote our cause. We are fortunate to have volunteers and staff from all walks of life who bring their unique expertise and resources into everything we do. This is what enables us to continue our mission into 2023.
While there is always more that can be done, there is no doubt that we are making a significant impact. We don’t measure our success just by our applicants completing the program, but through their continued participation beyond their scholarship weekend. We want to be the start of a long grassroots racing career for everyone that drives with us.
OUR MISSION
What We Believe In
Let's face it, racing is a boys club. We see a significant drop in female presence specifically going from HPDE programs to competition motorsports, and our mission is to bridge that gap. We are a breacher to all barriers to entry for women who want to not only get behind the wheel and compete, but also go on to be leaders and ambassadors within the motorsports community. We want to create future front-runners!
Growing Our Vision
2023 saw the expansion of the FF program to not only offer our wheel-to-wheel racing scholarship, but also added two junior scholarship awards for runner-up applicants to participate in our scholarship weekend via Time Attack entries. Although we can't guarantee the program will always be in a position to offer multiple scholarships at a time, we hope to be able to continue expanding the opportunities to put more female drivers behind the wheel at multiple levels of competition.
